Cape-able

 Ive always wanted to wear this caped cardigan i got last sinulog as a half gift (haha) from Carlo. I have been eyeing this piece since they let the mannequins wore this. And luckily, i got it, the last piece, though not my size. But then as the saying goes, if the shoe fits. haha in this case, if the cape fits!

 Finally, i got this out and see the sun, too much sun actually. Haha my pictures are wayyy too bright. I know! haha Wore this to a date with Carlo. He is always happy when i use his gifts. Which is very often since he gives me something that i can really use. The necessities :)

 Since it was a movie date, this cape was perfect to keep me warm inside the cinema or i would freeze in my Romwe corset sans the cape. opted for some highwaist shorts, because they instantly covers your tummy (the loose ones) and they give you curves. Plus they look really chic.

Too Comfy for School

Wore this number to school, i actually paired this first with a silk oversized mullet cardi which made me look like going to bed instead of school. I can get too comfy at times. Teehee.

 I really love this fringed top from F21, though i think i could also make a DIY like this, with the criss cross and all. Its just so hard to find the right cloth or the right tank. The only thing wrong about F21's fringed clothes is that they wear out so easily. And i mean it. Well, given the fact that their clothes are made in China, would you be surprised? No. But nevertheless i love it.

Hospital Bed

 What do you wear to nurse *cough* i mean spend the day, or the night at the hospital?

Dont get me wrong, there's no such thing as dresscode here or something, but you know, i always want to look stylish but comfortable at the same time. Teehee.

So what do you wear?

First of call you should consider comfort.

Second, consider the temperature, (seriously?) haha but yes, hospitals are tend to be cooler than normal airconditions right? Or maybe its just me and my low tolerance of aircon haha

As we speak right now, my boyfriend, Carlo, is currently confined at the hospital because of his tonsils. I seriously dont know that the term for his illness though. haha but he is on a soft diet. Booho!

So on his first night, i agreed to be his watcher, but all i really did was sleep and run to the nurse station to get him hot water and fill his jug with water. And of course spoonfed a little *cheeeseey*

 Now on to my outfit: To dress the part, i went for layering tank tops! Because me have low tolerance for colddd temperature, and some robe or long cardigan, and some faux leather leggings from OASAP with such amazing details!

 Sheer inset! Makes the look tough but sexy!

Did i mention that this leggings dont cost a fortune?

 Can you just see how comfortable this ensemble is? I didnt need a blanket to sleep. Because the tank i layered and the cardigan i wore was enough to hug me to sleep.

 Lastly, im supposed to wear flats, but i felt like wearing heels, low heeled. So i put on this old wedges on and im good to go! For those who are following me on Instagram would know that i used my boyfriends huge slippers in running around the station for his hot water and of course around the room haha

New Acquisitions: Florals, Sequined and Some Peplum

 Since i just recently turned a year older, we all know birthdays also means gifts. :)

And gifts can be tricky, so good thing that my family knows how complex i am, so i rarely get handpicked presents during my birthday, they let me pick instead or give me cash so i could choose what i want from them. And mind you it is easier that way:)

So here are my birthday acquisitions! :)

 Flats:

Because my heels are dominating and as you can see i only have 5 flats to abuse! And i wear flats most of the time. Specially in school :)

Lo and Behold, i chose gold. I had this photo posted on Instagram, because i was torn between the red one and the gold one. The red was so firey and shiny that it looked like a Christmas decor, but never the less, its still gorgeous, if i still have enough space for all my shoes, id prolly get both colors!

Well why not? Its very chic, very me, and very fun!

Pants are necessities, in school and also for sundays in church, as a catholic, they provide a very strict dress code, so to make things fun PRINTED pants are my new obsession!

At least you feel good wearing them but hey, denims are classic and i have a number of pairs in my closet which i will not let go!

 Peplum Skirt

Honestly, i really dont like the print, because aside from FLORALS dominating my closet. Next comes animal print which by the way , in a more specific print : Leopard. Haha but its the only cutest print available, so? A girls gotta do what she's gotta do. :)

Don't Breakdown

 I have always been meaning to wear this Leopard skirt which OASAP sent over. And here goes. I love Sundays, its gives you a calm and laidback feel. Maybe its the thought that Sunday is the official restday anywhere in the world. Every Sunday, i always make it to a point to hear mass, as they all say it is the highest form of prayer and most importantly its one way of saying thanks for all the blessings that our creator has provided for us. And in my current state now, I really need God the most in my life. Not just now. But more than ever.

 Since the skirt is not so mini, i wore it to church. And paired it with this tee, which i wore also here with a pants. I never thought it would compliment so much on bandage skirt. I love how the fringe falls. And of course my trusted leather sling bag which i got from the boyfriends mom straight from Italy. Its actually my official shopping/grocery/mass bag :)

 Slipped on these Reva Cut out flats which i absolutely love! At first it squeezed the toes out of me! haha but then i gave it a chance and voila! Its now comfy like all the other flats i have. New shoes does that to your feet sometimes.

 Dont you just love the leopard print? I have so many leopard prints in my room but this one is just different. Theres something very striking here. Yes? And the cloth is thick. One of my fave bandage skirts! Thanks OASAP for sending this over!

Sometimes in life, we deny things or tend to ignore things that hurts us. Later on, those pain will build a pile of crap and would just burst anytime. Just like how i couldnt believe my father passed away without even given the chance to see me personally. And today, i had a nasty nasty breakdown. And now im vulnerable. And i think its better than being numb. Because i can cry it out loud. I can express my feelings. Ive been trying to hold everything in one piece, but today. All else broke down.

So, if you have noticed leopard print has been a trend, sometimes it gets overrated, but it all depends somehow, as for me, i followed the bandwagon of this trend, obviously. For today, i was really having a hard time picking up something to wear from my closet, so I opted to wear the basic top+shorts combo.

I dont wanna look feminine today because ive been looking all girly lately. And i also wanna take this shorts for a spin. I personally made them. I dont know but the top just went with the shorts pretty well, and ive been enjoying the comfort of these loafers lately, and this bag just happen to fit my shoes "heels" for the rehearsal. I guess thats what you call animal instinct. Even in clothes hahaha

June has begun and some classes have started, i just wanna show how cutely ready I am for classes. When I was a freshie, I really opted for a binder cause its something new, but then ive grown tired of it, and opted for envelopes and binder refills with cute covers, and well ive grown tired of it again, so i chose notebooks, divided personally :)
