The Kind of Parties You Attend At 26

Life is so much different after the age of 23. The parties you attend now have become christenings, kid's birthdays, weddings, bridal showers and etc. Friends left and right are getting married, or  are having a baby and I'm just here at 26, feeling lost and still havent figured out what to do with my life. I know I'm not alone though, at least the thought is comforting.  Haha

So, for my godchild's 1st birthday party, I wore this ensemble. The mom, which is a very close friend of mine told me the theme would be sparkly/glittery and girly.

I opted for this pink turtleneck top to maintain class (I find turtleneck tops really classy) paired with my Tulle midi skirt which I super love! I got them at SM Department Store Girls Teens Wear for 450 only! It was on SALE. Again, SALE racks have treasures. Haha. Lastly, capped off my look with my beige lace up flats from Sheos Manila.

Why Pajama Pants Are A Great Investment?

Will always have a love affair with Pajama Pants. I love how versatile this item is. You can wear them to work, when youre lazy, when youre out and about and even to sleep! Haha duh? 

Thats why I really have a number of pajama pants in my closet because whether you pair it with flats for lazy days, you can accessorize it with a hat or whatever you can think to make it look stylish. 

Or pop on some heels to make it look chic. Bonus points on how totally comfy they are. Plus, most pajama pants if not all, are garterized! Which means you can actually eat a lot and still be comfortable. Whereas wearing jeans/trousers/body hugging skirts would make you look like you just got a baby bump!

 As we speak, I am blogging at my sister's hospital room. As you can see I am loving the window effect and the drama it brings with the photos, too bad i have a crappy cam :/ but anyway, lately i am really picking out clothes for comfort, i dont know why but i feel like not dressing up a lot lately.

So, if you have noticed leopard print has been a trend, sometimes it gets overrated, but it all depends somehow, as for me, i followed the bandwagon of this trend, obviously. For today, i was really having a hard time picking up something to wear from my closet, so I opted to wear the basic top+shorts combo.

I dont wanna look feminine today because ive been looking all girly lately. And i also wanna take this shorts for a spin. I personally made them. I dont know but the top just went with the shorts pretty well, and ive been enjoying the comfort of these loafers lately, and this bag just happen to fit my shoes "heels" for the rehearsal. I guess thats what you call animal instinct. Even in clothes hahaha

June has begun and some classes have started, i just wanna show how cutely ready I am for classes. When I was a freshie, I really opted for a binder cause its something new, but then ive grown tired of it, and opted for envelopes and binder refills with cute covers, and well ive grown tired of it again, so i chose notebooks, divided personally :)

Finally, i was able to get my butt off the house and mingle with other people (i.e=family) Hahahah Yeah i know, the same people im with in the house, but a different atmosphere for us did the trick.:)

This is the final DIY that i was talking about, I know its a bit untidy since i had to use black threads. Whats wrong with me? Hahaha  And im loving this new corset i bought at IT Park's bazzaar. <3
