Powder Sands

Ahh the cool breeze, the literally powder sand, the clear waters. Bantayan Island is such a piece of heaven. On our second day at the Island i really didnt bother if i go dark. The water was just glorious.

If id rate all the beaches ive been too. Bantayan really tops the list.

So on our second day at the beach i finally got to use my sailor swimmies from Shopeteer. Its highwaist so it hides all the bulges i pigged out from yesterday. Plus the color scheme of my swimsuit really matches the whole setting. Die Hard Summer Girl here! So happy with this nautical number!

Im not really the type of girl who can walk around in bikini's alone. So i always make it to a point to bring a cover up or a skirt.And for this trip, i packed my SM GTW wrap skirt. Its so perfect because i havent tried bringing a maxi to the beach.  And it worked. So for all girls out there who are conservative. Dont pack light!

Romp it up

Summer classes are about to end. And summer is about to end as well. And this is my 2nd time to hit the beach. I feel so awful really but i know it'll be worth it because next summer i'll be classes free. Forever actually. Haha fingers crossed. In god's will.

My boyfriend and i needed some R & R even if it was just a day, just a day to get away from all the stress this city gives us. Aside from the fact that it was the weekend before election, we just wanna get away from everything. And since we are from the queen city, a 20-40min of travel time and you'll get sandy feet. And ocean breeze.

What i wore:

I wore this yellow romper i have for quite some time now. I was just wasnt able to make use because when i got these i wasnt my skinny self. Haha and this yellow in its yummy pastel is just so perfect for summer dont you think?

One of my favorite clothing during summer is cover ups. I love how they're so laid back and breezy.

I got this cover up @ Camisa while it was on sale and this was the first time i really used it. I thought i could make something out of it. Like wear it casually but im still trying to figure out how. Haha

This bow bikini top would be absolutely adorable if it has its pair which is a long story. But anyway, bikini's are also evolving that you can also mix em and match em right?

We had our R&R at the newly opened resort in Cordova Cebu. Best Western Sand Bar Resort. I couldnt really say the place was amazing. But it was good. 

Though they are still developing the place. And dont expect a real sand bar though haha their adult pool is only 3ft or 4ft deep if im not mistaken. But despite all this. it was worth it :)

Ive been accessorizing more now, must be the summer vibe.

 Though sunnies calls for my no make up look. I opted to wear something minimal but ended up with something embellished anyway haha maybe because my black tank top screamed so much attention on broad daylight. We dont want that do we now? Hence the embellished crop top, it actually worked! It complimented my polka dot skirt very well.

Starting to wear heels more often too. Just to exercise my legs. I seem to have muscle pains if i wear them too long which i dont normally get before.

So waaadyyya think?

My own 1st Day

So today is officially my first day of classes, when i say my, i say MINE. Haha Iv'e skipped a week and a half of my classes because one week was really and adjustment week and there aren't really not much teachers around and if there is, it's not a sure thing, because first week is adjustment, with all schedules, from students to teachers, THOUGH, i have missed half a week and missed the introduction stuffs and all, seat plans, of there was any. So today is my 1st for my Monday-Wednesday class.

I seriously HATE mondays, the traffic and the commotion. So i ran a little late for my first period but anyway, lemme just share with you the adventures of my 3 hour break haha I went to Krispy Kreme's so i'd have a place to stay for 3 hours -.-

Ordered my regular doughnut, the snickerrrrr-isshh and instead of Soda, i opted for water because i am practicing water theraphy which i am not very good at. But moving on, as you can see this is the famous hope in a bottle water, it cost me 35 pesos, and there's actually some stuffs written on the bottle that if you buy this on you are donating part of your money that has something to do with the construction of public schools. I'm not sure, but thats the idea anyway. haha

Forgive me, but i just have to ask, is it me? Or does Krispy Kreme really gives complimentary doughnuts? Haha because i recieved one today and i was a bit surprised and flattered because I noticed i was the only person with a complimentary doughnut, the original glazed, Yummm! Here goes my self centered-ness hahaha

Haha I chose to wear kitten heels today and for the rest of the Mondays and Wednesdays of this semester because i only have two classes at our Main Campus. My less hassle campus. More on my other campus tomorrow! HAHA

Lastly, i occupied myself from filling in plans for the week along with my buddy Belle de Jour and mind you my week is now fully booked. Haha aaaaannd, my Romwe sunnies, which i didnt realize i was wearing it the whole time i was in Krispy Kreme because it was too light, not too dark but really shades you from the rays of the Sun! I love theeeesee sunnies <3

I seriously need some shut eye now. Haha
