Midrib meets Midi

Here's my second take on wearing a midi skirt. And this time, a more provocative top. Which is the midrib corset. It was a little risky on my part though! Hope you'll like it!

 Yes, finally. I am wearing my first midi skirt. I had this just earlier this year, one of my fashion resolutions is to be open for more styles. I was never a fan of midi skirts, but seeing the outcome of this makes me love it. Its so sleek, sexy yet formal.  The reason why im also starting to collect them is because i am close for my On the Job Training! :)

 So for my first midi skirt look, i wore it to church, which was very proper. I thought that the key to midi's is you pair them with something sexy for the top part, but no, the key to pulling off a midi skirt is to wear heels, low or high. Pumps does the trick ;) Surprisingly, this old polo i have which i tied to knots to emphasize the high waist of the skirt, works!

Crisp and Clean

I am wearing WHITE again! 2013 i think for me is the year to embrace change and to accept and face also the things that im afraid of. Not just in fashion but in life. After all, this might be the reason why i stocked up white dresses and tops last year.

  I wore this outfit to the Christening of my sister's nephew, her cousins son. I had no problems with the length of the dress though it is somehow backless. Sort of. So i had to wear a blazer because it was Sunday and that means church, also Christening happens at the church. duh. haha

 I just looove the whole thing dont you? I mean i look so clean and TIMELESS not to mention! White and Gold are the perfect two! Here you can see me again wearing a nude pumps. Wore some gold and pearl accessories. Classic and Timeless. Yes? I even borrowed my boyfriend's watch for a vintage vibe, and also because i forgot my watch haha

Loving him was Red

 Yes, my title is Taylor Swifts song called Red, simply because i am wearing this striped red top, which is the only red top i have. And i am wearing Red because its the school's color code for the day. I actually wore this outfit to the fashion show from my last post.

 I loved how my pants and my top's contrasting prints compliment each other just fine. Though this top is too plain without the necklace and might not survive the day. And since its the pants first use, i think it deserves some height. So i added the most comfortable pumps in the planet, imagine me on my first day on period (sorry but i just had to say that! haha) with 730am classes to 730PM, and these heels were a miracle! I survived them. Maybe its because the heel height, its not too high nor to low.

 This fringed necklace has been with me for so long now, imagine i got this for 60 pesos only, downtown :) And it is such quite a statement agree?

 either i am shot midspeech or with closed eyes! hahah
